INTERNATIONAL HOUSE TASTING EVENT March 5, 6 pm
Come on down and meet some of the hardest-working restaurateurs in Buffalo, and taste what they add to our community menu.
International House is a food hall with four restaurants and a full bar, at 617 Main St., in the Theater District, across the tracks from Shea’s Performing Arts Center. Dedicated to the immigrants past and present who built Buffalo, it’s open Tuesday through Saturday. It also hosts the city’s only public ping-pong tables, with the necessary equipment available at the bar.
On Thursday, March 5, I’ll be there. give a mini-seminar on the Burmese and Thai cuisine of Pattaya Street Food and its new offshoot Soe’s Kitchen, Ethiopian cuisine of Abyssinia Ethiopian Cuisine, Filipino cuisine of Pinoy Boi, and Mexican cuisine of La Divina Tacos. Plus answer any questions you might have about where and what to eat, or whatever else you want to know.
For $25, you’ll get to sample each place’s cooking. Plus, if you don’t have your copy of Where to Eat in Buffalo 2026 yet, you can get one for $7, 50% off the cover price. I’ll even sign it for you, if you’re into that sort of thing.
